Konstantinos Politis (“Where Lot’s Daughters Seduced Their Father”) is a special curator at the British Museum. His work on the cemetery at Qazone, Jordan, was described in “Who Lies Here?” BAR, September/October 1999.

From 1965 to 1995, Magen Broshi (“What Jesus Learned from the Essenes,”) served as curator of the Shrine of the Book, the wing of the Israel Museum that houses the intact Dead Sea Scrolls.

James A. Harrell (“Flawed Geochemistry Used to Condemn James Inscription,”) is professor of geology at the University of Toledo and secretary and treasurer of ASMOSIA, the Association for the Study of Marble and Other Stones in Antiquity.
