Yitzhak Magen (“Inn of the Good Samaritan Becomes a Museum”) is head archaeological officer for the civil administration of Judea and Samaria. As Israel’s chief archaeologist for the West Bank, he has directed numerous excavations, including the Samaritan site of Mt. Gerizim, Qumran and the Inn of the Good Samaritan.

Shlomit Weksler-Bdolah, Alexander Onn, Shua Kisilevitz and Brigitte Ouahnouna (“Layers of Ancient Jerusalem”) are archaeologists for the Israel Antiquities Authority. Weksler-Bdolah, who codirected the Western Wall plaza excavation with Onn, has been digging in Jerusalem since 1991.
