Be’er Resisim. A typical Middle Bronze I site in Israel’s central Negev, Be’er Resisim was a settlement of more than 150 round dwellings like this one. This groundplan was also used in Early Bronze II settlements in the Sinai, evidence that the MBI settlers came to Israel from the south, not from the north, as most scholars have assumed.
