The walls at Medinet Habu contain the names Hebron, Janum, Drbn and Apheqah in the same order as the list in Joshua 15:52–54. Enemy towns that Pharaoh claims to have vanquished are represented by rows of heads; within each shield is inscribed the name of a particular town.
