Two fragmentary amulets, formed from the same mold as the Revadim example, were recovered in professional excavations at Tel Harasim and Tel Aphek, 25 miles north of Revadim. The stratified contexts of these finds have enabled scholars to date all three amulets to 1250 B.C.E., the time of the patriarchs.
