ENHEDUANNA IS DEPICTED in the center of the relief as the tallest figure with her right hand raised in a gesture of respect to the deity. Around her, assistants pour libations for the god or follow her in worship. The reverse side of this disk contains an inscription, identifying Enheduanna as the “wife of Nanna” and “daughter of Sargon, king of the world,” as well as crediting her with erecting an altar to Nanna in his temple.
